We have been out twice so far in our Viper 16C, and we love it. It delivers great bang for your buck and everything worked as it should. We recently took possession of our new Maverick Viper 13 Escape Edition. We originally ordered in November 2023, and while the van arrived in April 2024, we officially took possession in August 2024. The delay was due to some internal cosmetic issues identified during the pre-delivery inspection. To their credit, Maverick (Adelaide) worked closely with us to resolve these issues to a level we were both satisfied with. We’ve just returned from the van's maiden journey, testing out all its features both on-grid and off-grid. So far, we’ve encountered no issues and are extremely happy with the van and the robust capabilities it offers as standard. After several longer trips, I plan to post a 6-month review to share how the van has fared over time. A big thank you to Ethan, Ashleigh, and General Manager Jon for their commitment to resolving the challenges we faced along the way.

Today I picked up my new Maverick Ranger Lite camper. The service I received today was amazing, Jamie and the staff at Caboolture QLD went overboard with helping me. I had been very nervous about what I was going to receive and the service I would get going on the reviews you see online. I would like to say in my personal experience, the reviews are wrong. Yes there were a couple of things that needed fixing or replacing on my camper but they were dealt with before I even new they were a problem. Thanks guys for making the experience as smooth as possible.

Received our Viper 16x recently and it has exceeded our expectations so far! Really happy with the product. We had to use the warranty process for a very minor repair and found that Ethan was all over it, no questions asked, quick reply and due to the part being a simple fit and us living remote the part was mailed out, so we didn't have to take it to a service center to complete. It appears some previous concerns with warranty from previous reviews has been rectified. Good work Maverick team.

Bailey and Matt have been great throughout the whole process, we purchased the Ranger and are so happy with it. Their sales process and service after delivery has been fantastic. There was a delay with delivery but this was because of Covid restrictions not Maverick Campers. We have been so happy with ours, so have other members of the family, because they have also purchased campers from Maverick. Really recommend these as a very capable off road camper for couples and families. Super easy to put up and pack down and has plenty of storage space for life little luxuries.

Really love our Ranger Limited it's so comfortable plus we had some things break and the guys at Maverick sorted out under warranty with a pleased to help anyway we can. Plus we finally got our cook top and our inverter put in as well. This was done with an efficiency best to none.

These campers are the best we have found and we have been looking for a while. They have everything we have been looking for and presented so well. The team at Maverick Campers have been excellent in the provision of a forward fold camper. When we needed small items fixed, they did so quickly. Currently 2 months into a 6 month trip and all going extremely well.
